Pros: Cant think of any, Disgusted, Good old and some new anaime.
Cons: All of it, Horrible customer service with an even worse app, I didnt get to even try your service.Recent recommendations regarding this business are as follows: "The new look is "kinda" nice, but looks more empty. I like that you have the keep watching up top. You need to add the name of the series or movie above though, as just adding the episode name on the episode is not very helpful. My partner skips around watching several things at once, while I will marathon 1 thing at a time; I do not want to have to figure out if one of his things is something I was watching or not. Also, for the love of sanity, move the watch lists to the home pafe! Who made the choice to move it under account? Seems counter productive to have to take extra steps to find it. Also, why is favorites seperate from watch? Odd. And what is with white font against the gray search box? Look I greatly appreciate the gray box as I have extreme light sensitively, white boxes (like this murder my eyes & cause typos). Please change the search box font type to black, so we can see it BEFORE it gets highlighted. I had canceled my membership February 21 of 2024. I had the e-mail confirming it.
Okay no worries right? WRONG. They charged me this month and it still showed I had no membership. When I called, the lady was laughing for one.
It's been 3 days and my refund still has not came through. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY

HiDive app is NOT working!!!!
Nothing would load or play. App kept booting me out.
Sometimes app would not even load.
We did an uninstall and re-install and it worked.
Now it won't play some things again. I am not going to keep uninstall/re-installing.

Hi my name is Joe I'm leaving a review I've been watching hiDive I currently live in the US West Virginia there are not very many dubbed shows for my area on the search engine for Google it says that there are over 500 titles I've only seen about a hundred and some of those are in sub
- Pros are high dive is cheap to have a subscription

Went from a perfectly good working app to a complete garbage fire after they claim they made improvements and forced it on us and now ignore your customers when reporting all the issues with it

Subscription canceled after payment was received
Hidive received as usual my monthly payment. Going through my emails I realized that they canceled my subscription.
I contacted them and even screenshot the payment from the bank. The rep claim to send the ticket to billing for it to be resolved ,and that was over a week and a half ago with no resolution.

the app and website are borderline unusable. laggy, not polished, not user friendly, not intuitive, doesn't do what you want.
doesnt save what episode im on, has no skip intro or next episode button, if i try to fast forward or rewind on the app it wont let me but instead drags the app off screen or skips minutes ahead instead of seconds. honestly the worst coded site and app i've ever used... even for their low price it's not worth it.
as soon as i finish the anime im watching im boycotting this absolutely abysmal and terrible site/app. just the worst thing ive ever used.

Need help paying my subscription. And still have the same problem so I had no other choice than cancel my subscription. Is to much hassel.

I have tried everything opening and closing the app reinstalling the app everything I could possibly think of but yet I'm still getting the message that premium privileges or whatever are restricted and I need to go to help at highdive.com or whatever and I'm not sure what else to do I can't watch any animes without this warning popping up

Service not working after payment.
Ive received to call or contact from HiDive on this issue. Im still after several deleteing of the app cant watch anime on my Apple TV which is my primary reason for getting HIDIVE to watch on.
Once I select my show the wait symbol spins. I have extremely fast internet and nothing blocking this service

You guys lied about having dubbed anime
I subscribed to hidive to watch the eminence In the shadows dubbed but it's not in English and I don't like watching the sub version
